How do I get an account?
Bedside Caregiver is available to caregivers whose agency uses Bedside One. Your agency creates and manages your account and sends you an invitation. There is no public sign-up inside the app.
If you have not received an invitation, or you cannot sign in, contact your agency administrator. They manage your account and profile information, your schedule, and the clients you are assigned to.

Privacy
Your privacy on the app
Bedside Caregiver is operated by Kaelor Technologies LLC. Here is what the app asks of your device, and why.
- Location
- Used only when you clock in or out, to confirm you are at the client location. Your location is never tracked in the background.
- Notifications
- Push notifications are optional. Text-message notifications are opt-in, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP.
- App lock
- An optional passcode, with Face ID or Touch ID, can protect the app. Your device performs the check; the app never stores biometric data.
